1. Order Fulfillment Model

We operate using a hybrid fulfillment model. Orders may be fulfilled through:

  • Our in-house operations
  • Trusted third-party logistics partners
  • Amazon (FBA – Fulfilled by Amazon)

Return and refund processes vary depending on the fulfillment method.

2. Amazon (FBA) Orders

For products fulfilled through Amazon (FBA):

  • All returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled directly through Amazon
  • Customers must follow Amazon’s return process and policies
  • We do not process or manage FBA returns independently

For assistance, please visit your Amazon account and initiate the return from your order history.

3. Website & FBM Orders

For orders fulfilled directly by King Global Solutions LLC or our partners (FBM or website purchases):

Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items not in original condition
4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval and further instructions before sending any item

⚠️ Important:
Do NOT send returns without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days
6. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
